Since Prototype Professional is a smaller, customer oriented company, we have the ability to deliver not only basic prototypes, but also perform the finish work required to turn prototypes into functional and salable products or show quality display items.

Large Parts - Prototype Professionals can provide assembly of parts that extend beyond the build area of the machine. Currently we can handle an 8” x 8” x 12” (200mm x 200mm x 300 mm) build area; however, by strategically “slicing” your part files into smaller units, the sky is the limit for the final size of your parts. Assembling the parts is simply a matter of using industrial grade ABS welding cement to fuse the parts together. The fused joint is just as strong, if not stronger, than virgin ABS plastic.

Additional Colors - In addition to creating the models in the base “natural” color (egg-shell white) we offer the following colors: Red, Blue, Grey, Black, and Brilliant White. All colors are available at the same price. Additional charges apply to parts constructed of 2 or more different colors.

Post Processing – We also offer post processing for our clients. Parts can be coated with high build primers and then sanded smooth. Painting is also available for clients that would like a finished show ready product.
